How to request a custom service
If for a LuckyMarbleTemplates.com purchase:
  1. Purchase the template
  2. From your "My Templates" page in your members area select the "customize" link next to your purchase
  3. Select "initiate request" next to the customization you need
  4. You may be required to pay part of your customization fee before our designers proceed
  5. A designer will be assigned to you to personally fulfill your request
If for a non-product related project:
  1. Send us your details
  2. A project manager will contact you to clarify details and give you a quote
  3. Project parameters will becollected and agreed upon
  4. A retainer will be required before proceeding
  5. Once retainer, service agreement, and all content has been collected, your project will be scheduled
  6. Project completion time varies depending upon project size, current project workload, and client ability to be available for feedback
